Oral and written communication requirement

I can take either BUS-C 104 Business Communications, Honors version of Business communications or Public Speaking. Going to be honest looking for a good class but would like some input on difficulty of each class..thanks in advance

Hopefully some students with experience in those classes will chime in. But if you are planning to be a business major, or if there is any chance you might consider a business major down the line, take BUS-C 104 or 106 (honors) to satisfy the Kelley requirement, rather than public speaking. DD plans to take BUS-C 106 next semester. Since there are group projects in Business Communications, she feels that taking the honors version will mean all members of group project teams would be academically motivated  Grade distributions for BUS-C 104 and CMCL-C 121 look to have a B+ avg but grade distribution for BUS-C 106 looks more like A- avg.

I have no plans to be a business major but I need to take honor classes for scholarship. I think business presentation would be more valuable rather than a general public speaking course. I read Bailey-Hughes for BUS-C 106 is a very hard grader and I am worried it might be a “weeder” for students trying to get into Kelly.
