<p>What are the pros and cons of taking King, Esser-Kahn, or Freeman for chem 51A?</p>
<p>I am currently in Kahn but I have no idea what kind of teacher he is</p>
<p>I’ve heard horror stories about Freeman. Personally, King has no flaws really. She’s just tough. If you want to actually learn Ochem, go with her. She teaches her own discussion sections and is fair. The only problem with her is that she tries to cram in a ton of info at the end of each quarter. Also, she’ll give you a good foundation for the rest of the series if you take her for Chem 51A.</p>
