I loved my orientation experience. I was pleasently surprised that there were plenty of OOS students. I met some really chill people and am excited to begin school! My only gripe was that all the good honors classes were taken! Contradictory to what A2wolves said, I had a great Kelley adviser who basically planned out how I can graduate in three years. She wasn't rushed and my appointment was about an hour long. Exploring the university at night with new friends was the best part! What did evryone else think of their Orientation?

I thought it had good parts and bad, the advisers were great, I had a 2 hour meeting and didn't feel rushed, I also planned my graduation in 3 years and had a lot of questions, all of them were answered.

I talked with upperclassmen both in my group, and just on campus that were really friendly and helpful. I got a lot of tips such as what a certain professor likes and doesn't like, and things to watch out for.

Some of the lectures were obviously aimed at keeping us from drinking, and hinting at the fact that we need to study harder then high school, but I think they went overboard. We didn't need to see a play to learn what consenting sex is, and we didn't need a 30 minute lecture to tell us if we don't study we will drop out. I understand its important, but they are overdoing it just a little bit.

I explored campus with some friends and went out to eat late at night, all in all I had a good time and it beat my expectations.

Yea it was much better than i expected it to be. it was really nice. the nite i stayed there though i passed out in my room. about 6 of us girls watched anchorman but i was out pretty early on. but i did like the little play it was a good idea

i thought the play was pretty funny.

yea i think the play really depended on who was talking in the group. some of the stuff people said in my group made parts of it kinda funny.

I thought the play was a good filler, but assumed that everyone was stupid and did not know what consent is!

things get a bit blurry when there's alcohol lol
