<p>For those of us signing up for the whitewater kayaking trip, is it recommended that we have a wetsuit, or will something like an underarmor shirt suffice. The list online is a bit vague when it comes to specific items it just says "not cotton."</p>
<p>Also the list says a bag, either duffel or backpack. How practical is a duffel bag if we will be walking a bit?</p>
<p>you definitely don't NEED a wetsuit ... but hey if you have one, more power to you. depending on the weather, you might really prefer the wetsuit though ... they're much warmer.</p>
<p>also, a backpack is much better than a duffel.</p>
<p>DOC trips are great. you'll have a blast no matter what.</p>
