Other colleges you are applying to

<p>Does it affect you if you leave this part of the BU supplement blank?
I do not want to mention the other colleges- so if anyone has an idea please tell…</p>

<p>I answered it, I applied to about 7 schools and I included all of them and I was accepted</p>

<p>Do not leave it blank. You should fill in all info. This cannot hurt you in any way. It is just objective information.</p>

<p>It may hurt you a little bit if it's clear that BU is only a safety school, but I don't think it would hurt too much...I'm including a selection of the schools I'm applying to that's focussed more towards the lower end in terms of admissions difficulty.</p>

<p>No it would not hurt you. Here is why. If they see that you are applying to lots of high level schools that are above BU, then they can infer that you are a great student who has great credentials. If anything, they will want to lure you away from the absolute top schools to come to BU by offering you more money or awards. This helps the student by giving them a huge financial incentive, and it helps the school by raising statistics (SAT, GPA #'s)</p>
