Other recommender is not receiving invitation

Basically the title. I put the email correctly; I checked it, but my recommender is not receiving anything in her email or spam. I’ve tried deleting her and trying it again, too.

Hey, you can invite recommenders, but they won’t get the actual invitation email until you assign them to a college.
