<p>The student has completed the Common App but not submitted yet.</p>
<p>The student's counselor and teacher from US have been able to submit their recommendation. Past year, the student was studying outside US. The overseas teacher is unable to see the invite, even after resend.</p>
<p>The overseas teacher says he was able to upload the recommendation for other students but sounds like he has uploaded them as counselor. </p>
<p>Is this a profile mistake of the Recommender?
Can the Recommender be both Counselor and Teacher?
Does the app needs to be submitted for the overseas Recommender to see the invite?
(The counselor and teacher from the US school have been able to submit though).</p>
