Out of state acceptance rate?

<p>I was wondering how selective OSU is with out of state applicants. Is it one of those schools that heavily favor in-state residents over out of state? (for example UNC-Chapel Hill)</p>

<p>Do out of state applicants stats have to be extraordinary to get in compared to an in state applicant or is it relatively the same?</p>

<p>its pretty much the same. its not like unc or ut-austin where you pretty much have to be from the state. They dont care if you are in state or out of state</p>

<p>Yeah, I don’t think they care. I’m from Ohio but in TX and got in with the same scholarships as some of my friends back home with similar stats.</p>
