<p>Thanks to menloparkmom for pointing me to this data. It might be helfpul in getting an idea of the representation of out-of-state undergrads at the UCs. These are not "chances" statistics, but just one piece of data. Others have posted on the freshman admit rates for oos students for some of the UCs and I will post that info here when I find it.</p>
<p>Please add any data or observations you might have on transferring into the UCs as out of state residents or from out of state schools.</p>
