<p>I'd say that it's a slight reach/reach. The alumni status definitely helps, but your SATs are kind of low for Maryland since your'e an OOS applicant, and your GPA does not make up for your GPA. Of course, your extracurriculars and recs help, so it's a tough decision. Lets leave it up to admissions and hope they make the right call, :)</p>
