Out of state - OSU(national buckeye schl., Penn state, Mich State

Hi! Im a senior from Turkey and i'm gonna appy to ohio state university. I have american citizenship so i believe i will be considered an out-of-state student. I studied my junior year in USA with a student exchange program. Remember that English is my second language.
I will really appreciate it if you chance me for Ohio State, Penn State and Michigan State.
(I also really need financial aid/scholarships. Do you think i will get National Buckeye Scholarship from OSU?)

These are my scores without any studying at all:
Toefl: 109
Sat: 1670 (will take again)
Act: 26
Gpa in Turkey: 78/100 (studying in a really high ranked high school that only excepts the top 4000 students in the country- population is 75 million)
Gpa in USA (private prep school in Arizona) : 3,56 (all honors and ib classes)
No ap or ib exam results :(
EC: 7 MUN delegations including 1 in Italy
2 months as an english-turkish translator for political articles in a famous web-newspaper
Cross-country runner and newspaper member in the US.

Penn State: Match (financial aid is hard to get by)
OSU: Match (I’m not sure about National Buckeye)
MSU: Safety

What’s your problem with Arizona schools?

I didn’t really like Arizona, its pretty boring there :frowning: especially after living in Istanbul. And not many colleges either. i would consider them if i was in-state, but since my parents never lived in Az, im still an out-of-state student.
