<p>So I've been searching around the U Michigan website (which isn't one of my favorite college websites to be honest, haha) and I went to the scholarships area and I didn't find anything about OOS scholarships! Is this true, or did I miss something?</p>

<p>The big scholarships are for any incoming students, whether in state or out of state. There’s a small number that are specificall for one or the other, but in general, residency isn’t a major factor for the larger merit scholarships.</p>
