Out of State Tuition

<p>So I heard a lot of people say that out-of-state UC students can pay in-state tuition after the first year...is this true? And if it is, where can you find the information online??</p>

<p>Thanks for posting the link! My parents say that they have friends who have done it, so I suppose it's possible. I agree that it does look kind of ridiculous though.</p>
