<p>Ordinarily I would say it lowers your chance, but the CA school system is looking for more money and OOS students supply that, so maybe not. Can your family afford $50K/year because that is what you would pay.</p>
<p>Yeah, for $50,000 you can go to almost any private school in the land, and not wrestle with big classes, long lines, and all the problems that come with a big state U.</p>
