<p>My OOS child was deferred from early action, then accepted in the regular admission process last year. GPA 91 unweighted, 2040 combined SATs. Attending elsewhere although she liked UGA a lot. Good luck to you. (Be aware that you won’t get any financial aid from UGA. My D was offered far better grants and scholarships from the University of California system - we are not CA residents either - than from UGA.)</p>
