<p>Is it a lot harder to get accepted into FSU out of state vs in state? I saw 89% students that go there are from Florida. I was thinking about applying but I don't have a great gpa and I'm from Pennsylvania.</p>

<p>Generally, OOS students are held to higher standards than in-state students. However, here is a start for your investigation.</p>

<p>My Kid is an OOS student at FSU and loves it. Little tougher at first making friends since a lot of Florida natives still cling to old friends at first…but after joining a few clubs now having fun with his new friends.</p>
