Out-of-state... Worth it?

<p>I'm from Florida, and I was wondering if any of you thought that UConn is a university worth traveling across the country to attend? Do a bunch of students travel out-of-state to attend UConn?</p>

<p>I'm going for a Bio major. I've already been accepted. </p>

<p>Just, simple: Is it worth it? </p>

<p>depends what your other options are and how much money your parents have. if they can afford the 23k tuition with no problem and you like uconn that much, go for it. if you’re more middle class, its not worth it imo. UF or FSU at an 1/8th of the price would be a wiser decision. most of the oos students come from ny, mass, and nj.</p>
