Out of state

What states does UConn draw a high percentage from for their OOS population?

In other words, is there a disadvantage (meaning they want higher stats) for students applying from certain states because so many apply from those states and there are limited OOS spots available?

Between last years incoming class and this year it does not look like they are looking at any one state. UCONN is pushing for some smart kids, the stats are showing the direction. SAT or ACT will carry a lot of weight right now. As you know it really comes down to the full package. All the best and good luck.

No it has nothing to do with limits to certain states. If you are a real good student …upper 10% of your class with SAT’s in the 2000 UCONN will desire you, give you an attractive scholarship and place you in the Honors program.
