<p>My Penn Portal says that my application fee is missing, even though I paid it when I submitted my application before Jan 1 and have the receipt.</p>
<p>Have they simply not processed application fees yet, or is this something I should contact the admissions office on to correct?</p>

<p>Email the school.
We had the same problem with another school, even though the SCHOOL had emailed us a receipt. You can still print a receipt off the common app, or give them the transaction number off the receipt.
