penn application payment problem

<p>So... when I was applying, I payed. However, the payment couldn't be processed and said it wouldn't be able to be processed for possibly several days... but it was the second to last day to apply. I sent an email to the school with my problem and an attachment with the pdf. I decided to wait till the morning. Still not processed (which meant I couldn't apply because it said I hadn't payed) and no email back. I called the admissions office and he told me to apply saying I wanted to use a fee waiver. So I did that. I said I would use a fee waiver and then I was able to apply, even though I already paid. I got an email back saying she scanned my pdf into her file (which meant now they have 2 copies of my common app, as confirmed on my mypenn applicant portal). Anyways, I've waited several weeks and it hasn't changed to "paid" on my status on the common app. On the mypenn applicant portal, it says they haven't recieved a payment or a fee waiver yet. However, we checked our credit card statement and it says the payment went through. </p>

<p>What should I do? Should I email/call penn and explain my situation or what?</p>
