<p>Hey for the overnight stay on the 10-11 and on the 20-21, what time do we have to be there? I gave my counselor the form to fax and I'm pretty sure it said to enjoy everyhing be there by 1. But on the information sheet I'm looking at right now it says 8:30! Problem is the earliest flight I can get there arrives at 11:30 AM, now say I book a day earlier, on the 9th, would chicago provide the overnight accomodations to me again?</p>

<p>I think that you can figure this out for yourself.</p>
<p>The "early bird tour" is at 8:30; that does not mean you need to be there at 8:30. I believe you only are required to be at the event at 4:30, though you would miss much of Monday's events if you arrived so late. Look at the schedule online, and figure out the time of arrival and flight that work best for what you want to get out of the program.
