Do you know anyhting about the transfer stats on harvard? or even american admission stats? Im not thinking of applying, I'm just curious.

I heard a rumor that they accept 24 americans each year.

Well that rumor is for sure wrong...thats all I know...hahh

well it's on their website at www.ox.ac.uk
there's even a seperate page on american stats.

in a nutshell:
M+V above 1500
several good grades on AP or IB exams
a good essay
interview usually required (for americans usually in person in nyc or sometimes over the phone)

everything else is moot- no concern for hs grades, little to none for ECs.

Move this to the international students section.

The OP also asked about transfer stats on Harvard (going to Oxford?) There won't be any because Oxford doesn't accept transfers.

Assuming you're in Cornell I don't see why you would want to go to Oxford

(any Ivy League college) >>> (any university outside US)
