PACE taking MT, ACTING, and COMMERCIAL DANCE walk-ins at LA Unifieds!

<p>Amy Rogers, the head of the Pace MT program, asked me to let you all know that Pace will be taking MT, Acting, and Commerical Dance walk-ins at LA Unifieds both tomorrow (Saturday and Sunday)! This is very exciting - it's the 1st time Pace has done Unifieds. They will be at the Hilton Hotel in San Lorenzo D, E, and F. </p>

<p>You will pay the audition fee of $50, the same that you would pay to audition for them on campus. MT's will dance and take a brief theory test. (DO NOT stress about this!) Amy says it's best to come at 10 or 2 if you can, but they will take you whenever they can fit you in. There is a dance section at 10:00, 11:30, 2:00 and 4:30 - all MT's will have to do one of those times.</p>

<p>Amy is looking forward to seeing as many CC'ers as possible! :) She is a wonderful person to audition for - very positive and supportive. So go for it!</p>

<p>San Lorenzo is near San Francisco/ 8 hour drive?</p>

<p>My understanding is that it’s in the San Lorenzo ROOMS D, E, & F at the Hilton near the LA Airport. This is what Amy told me. I have never gone to LA Unifieds, so I’m not sure - but that sounds right based on the way rooms are named at the Palmer House in Chicago. Sorry for any confusion.</p>
