Hello, I'm wondering exactly what this means. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't acceptance packets mailed next day air? So if they're mailed March 31st, they're timed to arrive with online decisions yes?

I think most schools send out their packets the same day that they release decisions online, so I don’t think you would get your packet in the mail before actually being able to see your decision online.

Acceptance letters/packages are not usually sent next day mail. Maybe some colleges but certainly this isn’t the standard. That’s a wrong assumption.

They are mailed so roughly they hit your mail box on April 1. It’s a goal but they aren’t going to lose sleep over a few days gap as you have well over a month to reply.
