Packing for MT Auditions

I am taking my son to his first MT audition in a couple of weeks. He and I were discussing what we should pack. Aside from his dance shoes and various outfits, could anyone share what they have brought with them that has been especially helpful (personal steamer? Advil? etc.) so we can put together a list? Thanks!

+extra headshots, resumes, transcript copies, letters or rec., and essay copies (if applicable)
+extra copies of audition music (or CD accomp. if it is a school where you audition with CD accomp.)… repertory book with additional repertory (in the correct key) he would be prepared to sing if asked.
+water and snacks
+baby wipes, kleenex, travel toothbrush and toothpaste

I would add, some pain reliever, should he get a headache and maybe something for the tummy, just in case. You never know how those nerves may react in a possibly stressful situation. My son, who like many/most of those applying had performed in front of thousands of people without batting an eye, when it came to college auditions the nerves got to his stomach so having some pepto came in handy! Basically just think of every possible scenario and plan for it. I’ll never forget the poster who was packing up the car to take her D to an audition and a skunk came by the car and sprayed! I also think it may help with the students (and parents) nerves if you have brought enough along to smoothly handle any problems that may come up.

A smile and a positive attitude! :-)
