pajamasssss

In the summer/early fall/late spring, it's either pajama shorts, pajama capris, or lightweight pajama pants with a t-shirt.
In the winter, some sort of winter pj's. If it's mild weather, I go for lightweight winter pjs (pants and long sleeve shirt). If it's really cold, fleece pants and long sleeve shirt.
And no, I don't sleep with a bra on.

Girl next door to me likes me in my pajamas, so I must say I enjoy wearing them. Lades love guys in pajamas I guess.

hanes white T and athletic shorts. I got a matching set of plaid pajamas because it makes me feel rich and important. I like to sit in the dark and sip a scotch in a crystal tumbler in the dark. (jk, haha)

I do love guys in pajamas...it's so cute.

Point taken. Old Navy...here I come.

Sweatpants and either a T-shirt or sweatshirt depending on the weather. And no bra.

I've always slept in a bra...my friends think it's wack...but...whatever. It has to be a comfortable one, though; one time I slept in a fancy one and it left welts on me where the snaps and stuff were. Ouch.

In the summer I like to sleep in only a sports bra + gym shorts. I think you people who wear shirts are weird! Ok, not really...on the inside I know I'm still the unique one :P.

I have worn oversized tshirts and my roommates didnt care. Just try to wear underwear, unless your roommate is ok with topless/bottomlessness.

fyi, sleeping in a bra is not so great for your boobs, they need some time to recuperate from being constrained all day. it's also REALLY bad for your bras, ask any bras salesperson and they'll tell you that.

^did you just pull that out of your a.ss? haha. like i said, bras and beds don't mix well. but i don't think it matters if your boobs are "constrained" or not. maybe if you're lactating or something.

but i do agree that sleeping in bras w/ wires would mess them up. not so much sports bras.

"But the most startling statistic was that three out of four women who wore their daytime bras to sleep contracted breast cancer. So did one out seven women strapped into a bra more than 12 hours a day. Bra-free women have just a one in 168 chance of being diagnosed with breast cancer, says Singer. The same as bra-free men.

"Don't sleep in your bra!" Syd Singer pleads. "Women who want to avoid breast cancer should wear a bra for the shortest period of time possible -- certainly for less than 12 hours daily."

hmmm...never knew that. interesting stuff. sorry lillybloom, i stand corrected. good thing i don't wear my bra at night.

also, assuming you wear underwear to bed, make sure it is a breathable cotton and not a satin or lycra. Your female nether-regions need to breathe. Also, thongs are not a good idea, as they move around while you sleep and have been found to be "unsanitary". Sorry to gross anyone out, but i just thought you guys should know...

ew...who the hell wears thongs to sleep??? i'd rather wear a bra to sleep...or kill myself.

but yeah, %100 cotton's def the way to go...

mmmmm yes. Polyester is an abomination.
I don't know why we've become mired in the topic of underwear ...

Maybe it's just because I'm only a B cup, but I really don't find my bras to be uncomfortable at all. I pretty much always wear one (I like sports bras better for sleeping, though).

Okay, really, check your sources before you post something like "bras give you breast cancer!" That study is preliminary, conducted by a very controversial researcher, and NO other researcher has been able to replicate those results. Syd Singer is just barely a scientist who likes to write outrageous claims before they've been verified by anyone as the absolute truth.

Check your source before throwing something like that on a message board.

Wearing a bra is fine for you. Not wearing one just means you'll have saggy boobs earlier. So do whatever you want, but don't think for a second that you're going to die because you wear your bra.

i always sleep in a bra... i'm so uncomfortable without one.

Ok, sorry, I should have added a disclaimer. I'm not trying to endorse the study, because it does sound a bit bogus and sensationalized. I just threw it out there because a few people brought up the topic of potential health concerns. Of course, everyone should take studies like that with a grain of salt.

yeah i thought that particular site was kind of questionable. but then i searched on google and found a ton of articles with similar stuff.

whatever, there's still nothing making me put on a bra at night...except a party.
