So i'm using barron's, and on the practice tests, my raw score has been hovering around 30 (out of 50...). Shameful, I know. I know that barron's is notoriously difficult, but does my crappy score condemn me to a crappy score on the real test?!

thats not crappy. with a raw score of 30 you'll have something like a 670. just practice, thats the best way. do a test or two every day for the next week.

I did some last minute (almost literally) practice out of a few books, and found the test to be much (much, much) easier than the practice tests. I was actually helping someone study for the SAT Reasoning math portion and her problems actually seemed more difficult than the ones on IIC. I don't think you should stress too much, you're probably more prepared than you think.
