<p>I took out Parent PLUS loans for my kids. In 2009 and 2010 I took out loans for a child who graduated in 2012. It is now time to repay these loans. I received a statement that indicates interest for the loan disbursed in 2009 began to accrue 7/18/2011; the 2010 loan had interest begin to accrue on 9/19/2011.
How were these dates determined?</p>
