Parent Verif. Package for Financial Aid.

My parents had already sent it in 2 weeks ago yet it's still showing up as "required" on my to-do list.

It's already past the deadline and I'm worried that they haven't received it or something.
Anyone know how I can contact them about it?
Or is anyone else having a similar problem?

Same thing here.

I did my pre-loan counseling about a week ago and it is still showing up as something I need to complete. It’s crazy because I did it electronically through the internet and it still hasn’t updated in my portal. I actually called them and they said to wait between 7-10 days.

the parent packet took a little over two weeks for me i think. I’ve been waiting over 10 days for my loan counseling to show up…

I did the loan counseling thing a couple weeks ago and it hasn’t changed yet either. Thought it said they would send the confirmation to the school, but I’m wondering if I should send the paper confirmation anyway…

Okay, it’s been a week and a half since I sent my academic records and three weeks since I sent the verif. package and they’re still showing up as required/unfinished.

I’ve tried contacting them but I haven’t gotten a response yet. Is there some way I can find out if they’ve gotten it or not? I don’t want to be waiting until I end up finding out that I’ve been rescinded.

My academic record on my to-do list was just updated to completed. My parent verification is still incomplete, though.

If it doesn’t update in the couple of days, try giving them a call.

My financial aid offers came in today.

I may have misunderstood the above, but was there a deadline that passed to accept the PLUS Loan and other Financial aid? Were we supposed to fill the application for PLUS out already?

My parent verification and parent income and expense forms are still showing up as required and haven’t changed to completed yet either…

I called and asked them and they changed it the next day to completed. But I haven’t received any information about the financial aid package itself…???
