parents are divorced...

My parents are divorced.
My mom (who I live with) does not have a job, and is currently attending college. However, her child support and alimony is enough for my family to live off of.
My dad is not rich, but is middle to high middle class. He is also remarried, and his wife makes good wages as well.

My questions:
1. Do I have to claim my mom's child support and alimony/spousal support as income? If not, I'm considered low income.
2. Do I have to claim my father?...because i do not live with him.
3. Do I have to claim my step-mom?

If you have been in that situation, or know something about it, all the info I can get is appreciated. Thanks!!

yes for the fafsa to report alimony/spousal support

if the college you are applying to requires the CSS profile and/or their own form, you need to list your father's income and the income of his spouse.

run your numbers here. FinAid | Calculators | Expected Family Contribution (EFC) and Financial Aid Read alot of that website.

Thanks for that website, it helps a lot!
