Can your parents pay the FULL cost for you to,attend these schools? Did you even discuss costs before you sent your applications out?
Years ago, I grew up comfortably middle to upper middle class and we were probably on the higher echelon of the town/school that I went to. I had several siblings. I could not really fathom that people were paying the full ride for College and did not care what it cost. This was until I got to College. My first roommate called me quickly when we rec’d the assignment. She wanted to say hi because she was leaving on a three week Tahiti vacation. They lived in a million dollar house (now probably 3mil). Back when all calls home were toll calls, I never once in 2 years paid a phone bill because it went straight to their accountant and her father told me not to worry about it. My second roommate’s father made approx $750K per year (based on public info). Another friend lived in an owned apartment overlooking Central Park. There really are some people who just do not need the FAFSA or CSS!
I’m not sure what you mean by this. The only requirement to get a federal student loan is submitting FAFSA. I’ve never heard of a school requiring Profile to get a federal student loan, and I don’t think that would be allowed.
