Parents' Early Decision Agreement

My daughter is completing her ED application today for the school's 11/15 deadline. She is working on it at her dad's house, so I cannot log on to the website with her today.

It appears that the parent must sign the ED agreement and that it can be done electronically. Am I correct? Does my daughter just need to hit the "invite" button and send it to me (or her dad) via email and then we electronically submit our signature? If we have to snail mail a form into the College, I want to make sure that gets done and postmarked tomorrow! I also assume that her Counselor can "sign" the form electronically as well. When she does, will her name appear on that part of the electronic form? (I see that my daughter "signed" it yesterday.)

I do have my daughter's username and password, but I want to view only and not enter anything that will mess her up (or get her annoyed with me).

It can all be done electronically. when she submits and enters parents email address, an email will be sent immediately asking for parent electronic signature. Once that’s all done, then GC then can submit electronically as well.

GC still has the choice, separate from the student and parent, to submit school forms, transcript and ED agmt on paper.

Thanks! Can’t wait until she can hit the submit button and this is over (at least until she has to start completing her other apps!) So, my daughter may need to go to school tomorrow and “remind” her counselor that she still needs to sign her piece of the ED agreement?

In fact, you can do the ED before the application is filed. I got the email and responded last night. I was wondering too since a parent, the child and the counselor all have to sign. But since it is electronic, there is not a piece of paper to track.
