<p>I signed up in mid, to late March for the D parking permit waitlist. I'm an OOS student so, I have to drive my car in order to get to school. As it is almost August, from experience, when does the school announce whether I've been allowed to purchase the D permit? Is it possible I'll have to park in a free lot and hope something becomes available? I'd simply like to know so I can make arrangements to arrive at school without my car if no proper parking is around for me to use.</p>
