I'm starting way ahead I know :P I've been using the application from last year -- and assuming it doesn't change -- I noticed that MIT gives a generous amount of space to add on your roles/descriptions for activities, but not so much for the summer ones or essay/research contests I entered in. So, I'm planning to attach a resume when I apply. Do you think there is another way other than that? Also, if I'm attaching a resume should I just attach the full thing or delete the stuff I feel like is sufficiently covered in Part II?

We change the essay questions somewhat almost every year just FYI. It’s probably safe to look at it to get an idea of how we roll, but not safe to assume they are the questions we will ask.

As for resumes: we’re going to pay the most attention to the Part 2 of our form. So just make sure the really important stuff is there. Then you can do whatever you want with the resume.
