Part Time MBA Program

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I attended the QS World MBA Tour, here in NYC. I met with one of AU’s representatives and she was telling me about the Part-time MBA.

Something that really appeals to me about this program is that candidates finish in 27 months! For PT MBA programs, that’s unheard of. Most candidates will finish within 3-4 years. I was really hoping someone who has gone through the program or who knows about it could give me some more insight.

I know that the FT MBA program is designed for those looking to switch careers, but I don’t really think of myself as switching careers- it’s more like advancing into Brand Management from Account Management. I want to work client-side rather than agency side and an MBA will help me bridge the gap.

Anyway, thanks in advance for any feedback regarding American University’s PT MBA Program!!

Anyone??? I’m sure someone on this thread knows of this program- either gone through it themselves, know someone who has, heard feedback, etc.

Please and thanks!

Probably not–those who frequent this forum are pretty much all undergrads and their parents. Perhaps try posting on the business school forum?

Thanks for the advice. Yes, I wish more MBA current & prospective students would frequent these boards. I have so many questions!

harrisce4 - there may be other websites that you can post on. I do not care for cc for law school applicants and found that there were much better ones out there. If you do a search, you may find websites just for MBA students.

That’s a great idea. I may do that! I’m sure there has to be several. Thanks

Which sites do you use for law school information?

I recently heard about the International PG Certificate in Product Marketing & Product Management(ICPM) [International Certificate Program in Product Management and Marketing](http://■■■■■■/i33z4) , You might find it useful

Thank you rahulblr!! I know I just want to aim for an MBA program, but will still take a look at this.
