<p>Underage drinking is probably a bit too easy–although doing so on campus will get you in major trouble if caught.</p>
<p>I can’t speak to extensiveness of the greek system–I’ll leave that to the students (I’m a parent). My understanding is that there are greek parties most every weekend except during breaks and right before midterm week and finals week. Some of the biggest parties are right when school first starts up (after the students are dropped off and the parents all go home). I think this is why the most hospital visits for too much drinking all happen during the first two to three weeks of school.</p>
<p>Underage drinking is extremely prominent especially on the weekends, with five dollars all you have to do is walk ten minutes, at most, away from campus in any direction and you can find a party where you can drink until they run out.</p>
<p>If you get caught once on campus it’s no big deal, but don’t get caught more than once.</p>
