<p>So I'm applying for a patent in the next 2-3 weeks. I was hoping to send in the news to my colleges: cornell, mit, etc.
How late is to late for supplementary material like this and what should I send?
I only have one prototype; it's both expense and fragile, so I wouldn't able to send it.</p>
<p>i'd send it...it's not really that late especially if your semester isn't over and they're still waiting on the midyear report</p>
<p>As long as the acceptance/rejection letters have not yet gone out, it's not too late. Send it.</p>
