Son is trying to pay his housing deposit for fall 2012 spring 2013. He is following prompts in the email he was sent. He fills out the application (now has like 4 of them) and when he goes to click on the link to pay it says 'resource not found' sorry for the inconvenience. So, he emailed housing who said to stop by, but he's off campus for co-op right now. I called the # in the email and the customer service rep who answered the phone said you shouldn't be paying through portal - you should pay through NUpay. Tried NUpay and it asks for a housing code. Anyone have an experience like this and if so, how did you fix it.?

I’m a freshman at NEU right now, and I’m experiencing the same issue. I just emailed housing about it as well.

Current first year students do NOT have to deposit, all they have to do is sign their License Agreement on-line to activate their space in the lottery. For more information check out their housing website at http://www.northeastern.edu/reslife/upperclass/selection.html

All set. Apparently son was sent a password in December didn’t realize it. Deposit paid.

On that website, “current first year students” means people who will be second year students in the fall. It’s a different processes.

This is the website for people who will be first year students NEXT year (aka right now you are an “admitted student”):
