Peer and Alum recs?

<p>Does anyone know what exactly a peer/alum rec should say? My top school allows for peer recs, and it just so happens that I'm friends with an alum from said school. She's been an English teacher for some time, and has always been able to help me and has done really great projects with me (and knows about my ECs and so on), so I asked her for a rec. </p>

<p>The only thing is, neither of us is sure what exactly should be going on it. </p>

<p>Advice?</p>
