<p>There’s no deadline (although, I’m assuming they want it before April)</p>
<p>My peer sent her recommendation over a week after the January 1 deadline via snail mail and it was processed fairly quickly. If mid-years aren’t due until February 15, I bet you could still send in your rec.</p>
