<p>just to let you guys know, my friend got into UCSB (in the first batch, in fact) with a 3.0 GPA, 43 units (semester) when he sent in application, 57 units at the end of this semester, as a psychology major. i wouldnt lose hope just yet.</p>

<p>yeah so did I. I thought the number of credits was like all the stupid english and math prereq you MUST have even if you’re freaking Einstein’s descendant!</p>
