I’m definitely applying to a few big name schools… Stern is on my list… so is Berkeley Haas (well… technically, you cant apply there since you only get to apply after you get to Berkeley)… or I might head up north to Canada, McGill has a decent undergrad business program : )

BAHAHAHA

Is it bad that I thought Dean Furda was a chick this whole time?

smh…

I’m looking at Carnegie Mellon, USC, and Washington University! Those seem like excellent schools to attend.

It is very rare to hear of someone getting an email or call from an admissions officer. You have nothing to worry about!

I thought Dean was his first name -___- so you’re not alone!

But one day I stumbled across a page with a couple other deans (Dean Robertson, etc) and wondered why they were all named “Dean” at birth. LOL #fail

^ THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT I THOUGHT TOO

First name: Dean
Last name: Furda

LEL.

Great minds really do think alike ;)

…but fools seldom differ ;)

3 days, 20 and a half hours everyone!

this already exists check out the one started by emblem

^ Gotcha :)

Lolz imagine if your name actually WAS Dean and you became the Dean of a University. Haha there’s GOT to be at least a few cases of this happening somewhere.

Whenever I hear the name Dean, I immediately think Dean Thomas from Harry Potter :P

I’m really nervous about it, I have been waiting for it for three years. God bless me , please.

kbolisetty23: me too ~ Full Tuition to Pitt Nursing with Honors College. Like you, I’m waiting on CWRU. But Penn is ED for me.

^Lol, well I guess there’s pretty good odds we’ll be meeting each other next year regardless.

does anyone know how much influence the kelly writers house has? a friend of mine who is applying ED also was contacted by the KWH recruitment director about flagging her application… is this a big deal?

Going off of kbolisetty’s comment, my dad knows the dean of UNC Chapel Hill’s business school and his name is Jim Dean, so he is Dean Dean lol

In light of the fact that the majority of applicants do not have that extra boost (or something similar), this ought to help. Of course, it won’t resurrect the dead. But it may heal the dying (or at least lend a hand to an on-the-fence applicant…)

So, something similar to a legacy boost?
