<p>How does Penn fin aid work? I was given aid based on a sticker price of $59,600 for one full year, that included the cost of books, housing, etc. Suppose these costs go down, does my family's EFC go down, or does my Penn grant amount go down?</p>

<p>Do you mean for the next school year? If so, then you’re EFC is recalculated based on your parent’s new annual income so EFC will go up or down accordingly.</p>
