I just received the confirmation email for receiving my material for Penn. As you know, decision comes out in 6 days and they are now asking me to check to make sure that everything is in. Did anyone else get a email like this? Is this a good sign maybe of acceptance?

I received an email about two weeks after I sent all the information. I am not sure if you are talking about this email.
Exactly when did you send the information?

Hello. I received, and I’m assuming everyone did, an email that said
"
Thank you for submitting your Penn Financial Aid Supplement online. You will be notified by the office once all of your financial aid application documents have been completed and reviewed.

Did you receive some confirmation email that this email implies would be forthcoming? Because if so, I’d be inclined to suspect such as an accidental indicator of acceptance. Has anyone received a second email?

I received the email @darthspectrum just mentioned on Nov 2nd, and the confirmation email on Nov 17th. Therefore I don’t believe it’s a sign of acceptance/rejection at all because everyone should receive the emails right after submission of financial aid materials, and about two weeks after, respectively.

I only ever got the Nov 2 email, I haven’t yet received a email confirming reviewal. I had to email in a few forms and I got a reply that they recieved those and they’re all good. So I only got one email.
