Penn or Georgetown - full scholarship dilemma

hey everyone,
I just learned about this website through a friend of mine who had used it in the past. I have an urgent question. I got a full scholarship at Georgetown and a 95% scholarship at penn. Penn has been very generous but my parents cannot afford paying the rest of the needed money for a penn education. My priority is Penn and I have only a week left to decide. Is there any way Penn would reevaluate my financial aid application in time?

If you really want to, you could just take out loans and pay them off yourself after graduation. It's not like you'd be taking out a 200,000 dollar loan that'd take decades to pay off. I just did the math, it'd be 10,000 plus interest.

You could also try calling Penn and explaining the offer you got. They might consider Georgetown to be comparable. I tried to get them to reevaluate my offer and they said that it needs to be from a comparable school. Doesn't hurt to try.
