Penn Reading Project

Does anyone know this year’s reading project book to read before we get there in September? I know last year was The Tipping Point, but I haven’t heard anything about the one for c/o 09

It's Franklin's Autobiography.

cute... anyone actually know?

www.upenn.edu/nso/prp

eat it douchebag

heh heh heh.

should we buy it like.. now? or wait until later?

they usually send you a copy

Yeah... we didn't get The Tipping Point until mid summer, so I'd expect it within a few weeks... definitely don't run out and buy it.

bern700 said it better than I could.

no prob i got your back :)

What is a reading project? Is that something you guys (and gals) have to do as incoming freshman? Please elaborate...

Yup.

It's basically just a summer reading assignment for the freshman class.

cough optional cough

huh...it's not like the incoming freshman don't have enough to worry about as it is...

sorry bout that.. but i had to think you were joking after all the past years' novels seem to be fiction, certainly not an autobiography.

thanks for the info, though.

ThomasH32: It's no big deal, though. It's not like there's any papers on it, and it's only something like 150 pages. I don't really care.
