Penn State admission HELP Will I get in

Hello everyone I just have a quick question about Penn state admissions

So I am a senior and am applying to Penn State Engineering at University Park and i do not know if i will get in or not

In the application i checked the summer option and also the Undecided option as well if i dont get into engineering first choice

here are some of my stats
I have 3.3 GPA (In a blue ribbon school) ranked top 10 in country for STEM
1300 SAT and 27 ACT
GPA is very low but do they take into account how hard the school is? My school is very competitive high ranked throughout state
AP Courses include
AP bio
AP Environmental science
AP Psych

Honors
Calc
engineering
I took all the other required courses in my school like 3 years language English history

I have a sibling that goes to Penn State University Park if that helps
Also does living in state help your chances of getting in? Reason im asking is that my mom lives instate so should i apply as instate or out of state will be i my favor?

Extra stuff includes
Junior EMT
Eagle Scout
Lots of volunteering at hospitals
Involvement is youth groups
Summer lab intern at University of Delaware

If you’re able to state you live half the year with your mom, apply as instate because it’ll greatly reduce costs and make you eligible for state grants and financial aid.

Is 3.3 your weighted GPA? I am not sure if a 3.3 will get you into engineering at UP. I would definitely apply as an instate as it will save you thousands.

If 3.3 is your unweighted, what is your weighted?
I agree you should apply DUS or College of Earth and Mineral Sciences.
