I’m certain that ranking won’t last long :-)

Please ignore cbd’s extremely ignorant comment.

If you actually check the link, you will find that the reviewer mentioned the scandal in the description and considered it while making the ranking :-)

“Forget the scandal for a minute. Penn State is still a remarkable school with dedicated fans and great tradition. Even without JoePa Penn State should be just fine.”

I think that sums it up quite nicely.

It wasn’t really an ignorant comment. (criticism coming from someone who states they might not enroll due to the scandal :-)) I’m a student here and LOVE the school. I think the academics are great, and overall I think it’s a super place to go school. The connections and career services are top notch. I do not think the academics at the school will suffer as a result of the scandal.

That being said, I do think the football program will suffer over the next few years, sorry. ( not that that is a big concern of mine) I think it will be difficult to recruit players for the next couple years, with coaching uncertainty and the possible NCAA sanctions. They have already lost a few of next years recruits. Also, a really good coach might hesitate to come on board until everything is ’ settled’ legally and with the NCAA.
