Penn State, UPitt, or University of Maryland best for a CS undergrad?

Any opinions on which of these schools has the best CS undergrad?

All are good schools. Are you in state for PA or MD? I personally know 2 at UMD for CS and they love it. One of their strongest programs.

CS at UMD is a limited enrollment program . the priority deadline was Nov.1. usually, the LEP’s get filled by the applicants who apply by that time, but you can still send in an app. What are you instate for?

UMD CS would be the best but you really must apply by the priority deadline.
