<p>Dear guys,
I am an international student and I got accepted in Penn State,Smeal College of Business at University Park.Also,I was accepted in University of British Columbia,Okanagan Campus with 2,500$ scholarship.My major is Marketing and if I go to UBC,I plan to transfer to Vancouver or North Carolina at Chapel Hill after first year.I have read many rankings and UBC is higher than Penn in every of them.I am not a domestic student and it is really hard to choose.What is your opinion about these universities,what would you choose?
